unsatisfactory_personI decided to drop the show I've been trying to watch. I kept pondering why I couldn't enjoy it and I think at least one of the answers is that it's just isn't female-lead enough.
I can't care about Will-Not-Graham the way I care about actual Will Graham. Yes, being too emotionally invested in a character is exactly what I've been trying to avoid... but not feeling invested at all isn't a better alternative.
Maybe I'll try to give it a chance again one day.
