unsatisfactory_personWhen we get Tracy back (if we get her back), she's probably gonna be still somehow on friendly terms with Team Flash. But until and unless it happens, my headcanon is... different. (So of course it'll be jossed, just you wait.)
She resents the hell out of them all. With slight exception of Cisco, with whom she still talks - mostly when he needs her scientific help. Yes, she helped him with getting Barry out of the Speed Force, but only for the sake of Central City.
She likes Cisco. It would be easier if she just resented him too. She can't.
Sometimes they run into each other at cemetery. They don't talk then. Don't pretend that the other one isn't here, just... don't talk.
If she runs into anyone else anywhere at all, she won't ignore them if they talk first, but she... won't be friendly at all. She'll be outwardly polite, but colder than KF and her mom put together. So after some time they'll stop trying to initiate a friendly chat.
She needs to occasionally get a drink (or just plainly get drunk) and talk about HR with someone. And it can't be anyone on Team Flash. So maybe she befriended some of people with whom he spent more than one night. She meets with Rhonda once a month. At some point they started talking about other things too, and meet for other reasons. It's not really about HR any more - it's just their own thing. They don't hook up, and might not even really consider each other friends, but they like each other.
And, of course, in my inevitably-to-be-jossed headcanon, Tracy and Harry absolutely don't get together at any point. Ever.
