If I name him Fergal, just how many of my as-of-yet-nonexistent (but maybe possibly existing in some hypothetical future) readers will immediately hear "Fergalicious" playing in their heads? Or anything by Feargal Sharkey, probably. So I guess he's gonna be Felim, at least for now. Eventually something better might come along, if the world doesn't end.
