27 October 2017 19:18So I watched "Darrow & Darrow" because that's my life now.
Our first Hallmark's mystery - so why did she keep buying coconut donuts if she hates coconuts? (If it was actually explained, I didn't catch it. Maybe I should ask Pang?) (ETA: I did ask, and there was, in fact, an explanation I missed.)
Also, repeatedly asking a woman out after she - also repeatedly - said "no"... isn't very charming, even if you look like TC. Well, I guess she didn't mind much... Still not great.
And there was nothing "wrong" with her hair. Especially compared to her mother's weirdly striped hair.
Sometimes - not all the time, but sometimes - Kimberly Williams-Paisley looked vaguely like Michelle Gomez. (And that's when I need to retract my previous statement - I know "what's wrong with her hair" and the answer is not enough volume.) So I guess I'm shipping Eobard/Missy now.
(No, I'm serious. Mostly.)
And of course he's Tragically Widowed. Of course.
What would American detective fiction do without Russian mafia?
(But already starting showing Christmas movies in November?! Ugh.)
In conclusion: I... liked it well enough, I suppose?
